1, UV sink rust through

The sink is used to fill with water for heating, simulating a condensing environment at night in nature. Sink is made of stainless steel, so in the use of equipment, if the user does not follow the prescribed method of adding deionized water to the test, but to join the tap water, will lead to the use of equipment after about 3 years, the formation of substances corroded by water heating, resulting in rusting sink, until the sink and other rust through.

2, ultraviolet lamp point does not light

UV lamps in use, some times the lamp does not light up. This is because the fluorescent UV aging test chamber is generally used are electronic ballasts, electronic ballasts are wired for the jack type. So limited by the details of the production process, it will lead to the lamp corner line in the connection with the electronic ballast there is a hidden danger of insecurity, the use of the gap will occur in the off-line, poor contact and other problems.

3, sink heating tube replacement frequently

The reason is not to use deionized water as required, the heating tube long-term immersion in tap water, high-temperature tap water. We all know that the heating tube is made of stainless steel tube filled with magnesium powder. So long-term heating work in tap water, will lead to corrosion of the surface of the heating tube stainless steel, rust stains.

4, UV lamp blackened at both ends

UV lamp is tungsten, its melting point is 3410 ℃, when the lamp is lit, the temperature is between 2000 and 3000 ℃, the filament will not melt, sublimation will occur, then the sublimation of tungsten vapor meets the wall and condensed into a solid tungsten, making it black, and the UV lamp filament on the two ends of the lamp, so only the two ends become black. When the UV lamp starts to blacken, it needs to be replaced. So in order to prolong the life of the lamp, please do not start and shut down the lamp frequently.
