1. Non-slip outsole thickness test.

Requirements: The total thickness of any part of the non-slip outsole should not be less than 6mm.
Test method: non-leather outsole using trouser-shaped specimens, the specimen is mounted on a tensile machine at (100±10)mmmin, the specimen is stretched until the specimen breaks, and the force value of the whole tearing process is recorded.
Indicator requirements: 8kNm, applicable to materials with density greater than 0.9gcm3;
5kNm, for materials with density less than or equal to 0.9gcm3;

All rubber or full polymer material outsole relative volume wear should not be greater than 250mm3
4. Folding resistance test.

Index requirements: the growth of the cut should not be greater than 4mm
5. Outer bottom hydrolysis resistance test.
Test method: the temperature in the low-temperature box to (-5 ± 2) ℃, handing the specimen around the diameter of 15mm circular axis bending 45 °, measured with an eyepiece and record the length of the specimen cut. Continuous flexing 150,000 times.
Index requirements: the growth of the cut should not be greater than 6mm.
6. Intermediate layer bonding strength test.
Test method: Clamp letter specimen in the fixture to separate the two ends, and record the fixture to (100 ± 20) mmmin speed separation when the force - displacement curve graph.
Requirements: The bonding strength between the outer layer or anti-slip layer and the adjacent layer should not be less than 4.0Nmm, if the sole has a tear, the bonding strength should not be less than 3.0Nmm.
7. Oil resistance test for shoes.
Test method: At a temperature of 23℃, put the specimen completely into the container with the test solution, the specimen should be completely submerged in the test solution, and the tolerance should be sealed and protected from light. 22h later, remove the specimen, dry the test solution remaining on the specimen, and immediately weigh the mass of the specimen in air and water.
