How to use the atomization performance tester for automotive interior materials
The atomization performance tester for automotive interior materials is suitable for the evaluation of the evaporation of volatile components of automotive interior plastics, polyurethane, textiles, leather, adhesives, non-woven fabrics, thermoplastic elastomers, and other materials at high temperatures.
As a modern technology enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, training, and services, Standard Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. is committed to delivering more testing instruments to the market, providing testing instruments for textiles, leather, combustion, automotive interior and exterior trims, material environmental climate aging, etc., and non-standard customization is also acceptable. Targeted tests can be carried out according to customer requirements before purchase to ensure that the purchased instruments are applicable.
Applicable standards:
DIN 75201, ISO 6452, ISO 17071, SAEJ1756, QB/T2728, BS EN 14288, PV3920, PV3015, ES-X83231, NESM0161, D451727, GM9305P, TSM0503G
Test principle:
The sample is heated in the fogging cup and begins to volatilize. The volatile gas condenses on the glass plate or aluminum foil that has been cooled by the cooling chamber. After the condensation process is completed, the glass plate or aluminum foil is removed, and the atomization value or weight of the condensed components of the glass plate or aluminum foil is measured and compared with the data before condensation, so as to obtain the atomization and volatilization characteristics of the sample.
Operation:
1. Preliminary preparation of the sample
2. Open the high and low-temperature baths and reach the set temperature
3. Clean the fogging cup and fogging glass plate
4. Place the sample
5. Place the fogging glass plate or aluminum foil
6. Place the cooling chamber
7. Maintain the set temperature of the two tanks and operate normally until the required test time
8. Remove the glass plate or aluminum foil and leave it for the specified time
9. Measure the gloss and haze of the glass plate or the weight of the aluminum foil
10. Compare the data and get the final result
