Medical Face Mask Synthetic Blood Penetration Test Method
Mask synthetic blood penetration tester is used for the determination of penetration performance of synthetic blood and other liquid-derived liquid injection to evaluate its safety and protection performance.It is suitable for the determination of penetration of synthetic blood spatter in surgical mask.It is widely used in medical inspection department, safety inspection department and scientific research unit.
Test Method:
GB19083-2010Technical requirements for medical protective masks
Synthetic blood penetration test;
Spray 2 mL of synthetic blood into the mask at a pressure of 10.7 kPa (80 mmHg). No infiltration should occur inside the mask.
YY 0469-2011 Synthetic blood penetration test of surgical mask
Spray 2 ML of synthetic blood into the mask at a pressure of 16.0 kPa (120 mmHg). No infiltration should occur inside the mask
YY 0469-2011Synthetic blood penetration test of surgical mask:
Sample size: Three samples were used for the experiment.
Sample pretreatment: the sample was pretreated at least 4 h in the environment of temperature (21 × 5)C and relative humidity (85 × 5)%, and the test was conducted within 1 min after taking out.
Test procedure:The sample is fixed on the sample fixture on the instrument, and the 2 mL table is placed 30.5cm away from the sample center
The surface tension of the synthetic blood was 0.002n /m at a pressure of 16.0 kPa (120 mmHg)
The needle tube with the diameter of 0.84mm was sprayed horizontally to the target area of the sample under test. Visual inspection was conducted within 10 s after removal.
