The Fabric Down-Proof Impact Tester is designed to evaluate the anti-drilling performance of fabrics used for down products by simulating repeated impact and compression conditions. The tester uses an impact method to determine whether feathers or down can penetrate through fabric structures after continuous mechanical stress. It is mainly applied to testing materials used in down jackets, duvets, quilts, and other down-filled products, providing reliable data for quality control and material development.
The first sample is made of bags which built a certain quality of the down.
