Introduction to Genuine metallographic image analysis software

The version of metallographic image analysis software is developed by our  company based on the current needs of casting enterprises, automotive parts  enterprises, heat treatment enterprises, bearing steel industry, power system  industry, railway parts industry, and various related testing companies for  metallographic testing. In order to improve the product qualification rate and  help improve the inspection level of various laboratories, we have collected the  opinions of experts and teachers from various industries to develop a new set of  metallographic image analysis software system.

The version of metallographic image analysis software has undergone a brand  new upgrade, covering a large number of metallographic detection standards both  domestically and internationally. It integrates quantitative and qualitative  analysis, and adds depth of field synthesis and image field of view stitching  functions. (6)Image measurement and archiving:There are various types of measurement  tools available, including distance, angle, angle between two lines, rectangle,  point line distance, ellipse, polygon, parallel line distance, three-point arc,  three-point circle, etc. Arrows can be drawn, text can be annotated, auxiliary  lines can be added, line width can be modified, multiple length units can be  selected, measurement data font color, size, font style can be selected, and  test data can be summarized and exported to Excel.

By adjusting the Z-axis micro focusing handwheel of the  microscope, clear details in the sample will be continuously added to the  dynamic EDF

display window for dynamic updates. The software automatically records clear  images at different depths of field and merges them into a clear image.

(13) Image stitching function:For customers who need to detect larger field  of view requirements, the software provides image stitching function. Users can  achieve the need for larger field of view image shooting by moving the X-Y  platform direction of the microscope, solving the embarrassment of not being  able to capture images caused by the insufficient field of view of the  microscope.e sample will be continuously added to the dynamic EDF display window  for dynamic updates. The software automatically records clear images at  different depths of field and merges them into a clear image.
