G-15810 QM Syringe Seal Integrity Positive Pressure Tester

The G-15810QM Syringe Seal Integrity Positive Pressure Tester is a  high-efficiency device designed for evaluating the performance of products from  national inspection and manufacturing units. It consists of a programmable  controller, touch screen, force sensor, transmission mechanism, onboard printer,  and other components, providing both Chinese and English menu displays, and  supports automatic test modes with parameter settings through human–machine  interaction. An additional feature allows input of the manufacturer and  production batch number, ensuring that test results are standardized and  regulated. For information security, a three-level password system is  implemented to guarantee reliable data protection. The testing control functions  include nominal capacity, print settings, test operation, forward, backward,  left, and right movement, timing, calibration, and verification. Equipped with  an onboard printer, the device can display lateral and axial pressure in real  time, automatically compensates during the test process, and outputs test data  and results for further analysis.
