Glove Cut Resistance Tester Specifications and Range of Uses

The Glove Cut Resistance Tester is designed to test the strength of protective gloves and shoe upper protection areas. The cut resistance of gloves or shoe uppers is determined by cutting the specimen with a circular cutter rotating counter-clockwise under a defined load.

The glove cut resistance tester complies with the following standards

2, ISO 20344.6.14

What are the features of the glove cut resistance tester?

1, High accuracy, testing accuracy up to 0.1 turns;

2, the main components are made of stainless steel, durable;

3, each slot of the specimen jig is marked with a red line in the centre, which can be aligned with the red line on the test bench to protect the cutting knife from damage;

4, Tungsten alloy steel blade, hardness 740HV-800HV, easy to replace the blade;

5, the instrument is equipped with two sets of clamps, convenient for the standard sample test and specimen test operation;

6, after the specimen is cut, the cutter touches the conductive device below and forms a circuit with the signal wire, the instrument stops automatically.
