SUGA GS-UV Gas Corrosion Tester

SUGA GS - UV Gas Corrosion Tester, commonly called GS - UVZ, is a professional device for testing the gas corrosion resistance of materials.
Working Principle:
Using several gases such as SO₂, H₂S, NO₂, Cl₂, O₃, etc., to accelerate the corrosion of materials or products under a certain temperature and relative humidity environment, reproduce the degree of damage suffered by the materials or products within a certain time range, and evaluate the corrosion resistance of the materials or products.
Technical Features
Accurate gas concentration control:
Built-in automatic gas concentration control system, except for Cl₂, the gas concentration can be automatically controlled within a certain range, and the test reproducibility is ensured by measuring the optical density.
Anti-condensation design:
It can prevent water droplets from forming on the inner wall of the test chamber to avoid affecting the gas concentration, and the test piece can also be selected to condense.
Application Fields
Electronics Industry:
Used to test the reliability of electronic components, circuit boards, etc. in an environment containing corrosive gases, evaluate their corrosion resistance, and ensure the stable performance of products in harsh environments.
Automotive industry:
Conduct corrosion resistance tests on automotive parts such as metal housings and electronic control units to ensure the service life and safety of the car in different environments.
Material research and development:
Help material researchers study the corrosion resistance of new materials and provide a basis for material improvement and optimization.
