T106 Schopper abrasion tester Operation

　　T106 Schopper abrasion tester adopts a rotational wear test method and is mainly used for testing the wear resistance of automotive interior materials.It is a testing equipment independently developed and produced by our company,（Qinsun）Shanghai Qianshi Precision Electromechanical Technology Co.,Ltd.,with high cost-effectiveness and complete after-sales service.

　　Operation:

　　Firstly,prepare the accessories and test samples;

　　2.Install the prepared sample into the fixture,tighten and secure it;

　　3.Fix the clamping device onto the loading platform equipped with a friction head;

　　4.From the side of the instrument,open the hidden compartment,remove the weight,and load the weight onto the instrument;

　　5.Lower the upper pressure device so that the friction head contacts the specimen;

　　6.Turn on the instrument switch and enter the LCD screen operation interface;

　　7.Set the total rotation and unidirectional rotation values;

　　8.Start and perform rotational friction between the sample and the friction head;

　　9.When the rotation set value is reached,the instrument automatically stops and the fixture is removed;

　　10.Disassemble the fixture and remove the sample;

　　11.After the instrument test is completed,samples are taken for analysis and comparison to evaluate the wear resistance of the material.
