Operating Procedure:

First of all: prepare the accessories and test samples.

Turn on the instrument switch and enter the LCD screen operation interface.

Firstly, conduct a no-load test.

Press the dual-control pneumatic keys on both sides to lower the fixture.

Set the parameters of air flow and aerosol particles.

Wait for the data to stabilize and then proceed to the next step.

Derive the number of aerosols upstream of the filter media.

After the data is stabilized, the screen will pop up the "Place Fixture" dialog box.

Place the prepared specimen into the instrument fixture and clamp it in place.

Start the test.

Wait for a few seconds to get the number of aerosols downstream of the filter media and calculate the filtration efficiency.

The instrument prints out the test report automatically.

Remove the sample.

At the end of the test, turn off the instrument and evaluate the filtration performance of the material based on the results of the test.
