Fault one: the experiment can not rise to the set temperature

Cause analysis:

1. The temperature of the laboratory temperature controller is set too low

2. Laboratory safety protection switch is set too low

3. Electromagnetic relay failure

Solution:

1 Set the temperature controller to the desired temperature

2 Set the safety switch to the desired temperature

3 Replace the solenoid relay

Treatment method:

1、Open the air compressor button

2、Open the main switch of air compressor

3、Replace the solenoid valve

4、Replace the pressure gauge and check the air source of the compressor

5、Remove the nozzle for cleaning (please disassemble carefully)

Other situations:

1、When the low water level warning light is on, it means that the water level is too low, check whether the water source is fed with water.

2、The spray is normal, but the air compressor is not running, the air compressor itself has self-protection function, use as usual.

3、Forbidden to operate after power on
