The use of the control box of the mouthpiece flame retardant tester is as follows.

Power supply: the closure and cut off of the power supply;

Ignition: when pressed, open the gas switch, while loading the electric heating wire heating current. After igniting the flame, release and cut off the electric heating current;

Flame adjustment: adjust the flow of gas, adjust the flame height;

Igniter start, igniter return: manually control the extension and retraction of the flame, adjust the flame and then extend the flame to the test position. After the end of the test, press "igniter return", the flame retracts to the ignition position, and automatically cut off the gas source;

Head die start, head die return: press "head die start", head die from the actual position (inside) at a fixed rate of rotation, touch the position switch and stop. After finishing, press "head die return", the head die will return to the starting position;

After the rotation of the head module is stopped, the timer of "renewal time" will be timed automatically, press "renewal stop" to end the timer, and the timer of "negative burn time" will start automatically. This button can also be pressed to forcibly cut off the gas;

Stop: Stops the "negative burn time" timer;

Zeroing: Stops and clears the timing display;

Flame temperature: Display the temperature of the flame;

Continued burning time, negative burning time: display the sample continued burning time and negative burning time.

QINSUN mask flame retardant tester is mainly used to test the burning performance of medical masks after contacting the flame at a certain linear speed, and is a medical mask flame retardant performance testing instrument.
