1. Fault indication
1.1 Equipment over-temperature alarm: When over-temperature alarm occurs, there are the following three situations:
1.2 The safety temperature controller alarm device is set incorrectly;
1.3 Whether the temperature setting is too low, please reset it;
1.4 If the over-temperature continues to alarm, please shut down the machine and notify the company to deal with it.
1.5 Low water level alarm: When the low water level alarm occurs, check whether the water tank and the tank are short of water. The box will automatically replenish water through the water tank, and it will automatically stop replenishing when it is in place.
1.6 The end of the test: During the program or timing test, the end of the test is displayed, indicating that the test has ended.
2. Daily maintenance and description of equipment
2.1 After the test, the water in the tank and the water in the tank should be drained and wiped dry to keep the equipment clean;
2.2 If the machine is restarted for testing if it has not been used for a long time, it is necessary to check whether the over-temperature alarm and low-water alarm are faulty;
2.3 If the electrical components on the control circuit board need to be replaced if they fail, they should be carried out under the guidance of the manufacturer to avoid unnecessary trouble;
2.4 The main power supply should be cut off after each test.
