2, the front door of the combustion test chamber closed, and the "power" switch placed in the "open" position, the power indicator light.
3, first make the metal head mold nose tip part down, the mouthpiece with the metal head mold, press the "head mold start" button, the head mold began to rotate, when the head mold nose tip part just above the igniter, press the "negative combustion stop" button, so that the head mold stop rotating Adjust the height of the igniter head (rotate the igniter head clockwise to lower it and counterclockwise to raise it) so that the distance between the top of the igniter and the tip of the head is 20±2mm;
4, press the "igniter return" button to make the burner back to the ignition position.
5、Press the "Head return" button to return the head to the starting position. Press the "zero" button, the instrument is back to the initial state.
6, keep pressing the "ignition" button, adjust the "pressure adjustment" knob on the panel (first gently pull up to the outside, and then follow the instructions on the end of the knob to rotate in the "+" direction to increase, and in the "-" direction to increase. "-" direction rotation for decrease to adjust), so that the top of the instrument case pressure gauge pointer pointed at 20Kpa, and then press the knob to lock the pressure. 7, at this point the ignition resistance wire has become red, to ignite the igniter and then release the "ignition" button. When ignition is difficult, please adjust the "flame" adjustment button, clockwise to reduce the flow of combustible gas, counterclockwise to increase the flow of combustible gas.
8, open the front door of the combustion test chamber, the flame height ruler (40mm high) placed by hand in front of the flame, spin "flame adjustment" knob, adjust the flame height to 40mm ± 2mm, to wait for the flame stability, remove the flame height ruler, at this time, observe the instrument panel "temperature display "whether stable at 800 ± 50 ℃, if not enough can be adjusted by increasing the inlet pressure of the gas cylinder pressure reducing valve, so that the flame temperature is stable at 800 ± 50 ℃.
9, press the "igniter start" button, the igniter moved to the ignition position, press the "head mold start" button, the head mold began to rotate, the head mold rotation in place, the igniter stop gas and reset, "continue to burn time "automatic timing; after the end of the renewal, press the "renewal stop" button; if there is no renewal, directly press the "renewal stop" button, wait for the end of the negative combustion, and then press the "negative combustion stop "key, and record the renewal time and yin burning time.
10, press the "head die back" button to make the head die back to the starting position, open the front door of the combustion test box to remove the sample, the test is over.
11, press the "clear" button, the instrument is restored to the initial state, the next mask specimen with a metal head mold, then you can follow the steps of 6-11 for the next test. If you do not need the next test, please turn off the power, unplug the power supply and take out the residue container to clean up the burning residue.
12. To test the flame resistance of the mask belt, put the mask on the metal head mold, loosen the "head mold positioning screw", and rotate the head mold so that the mask belt is down. Press the "head mold start" button, the head mold starts to rotate, when the head mold is located just above the igniter, press the "negative combustion stop" button to stop the rotation of the head mold, adjust the height of the igniter head so that the distance between the top of the igniter and the lowest part of the head mold is 20±2mm Adjust the height of the igniter head so that the distance between the top of the igniter and the lowest part of the head is 20±2mm;
13. Follow the steps of 6-11 to perform the test.
