G280 Ozone Aging Chamber Operating Steps

It has high-cost performance and complete after-sales service. It is used for rubber products such as vulcanized rubber, thermoplastic rubber, cable insulation sheaths, and other products. Under static or dynamic tensile deformation, it is exposed to a closed, lightless test chamber with constant ozone concentration and constant temperature. The sample is tested at a predetermined time to evaluate the rubber's ozone aging resistance from the cracks on the sample surface or the degree of change in other properties. Simulate and strengthen the ozone conditions in the atmosphere, study the effect of ozone on rubber, and quickly identify and evaluate the method of rubber's anti-ozone aging performance and the protective effectiveness of anti-ozonants, and then take effective anti-aging measures to improve the service life of rubber products.

Operation steps:
Prepare the accessories and test samples;
Open the instrument safety door;
Put the prepared samples into the rotating sample rack (which can accommodate 24 samples);
After placing the samples, close the instrument safety door;
Turn on the instrument switch and enter the LCD operation interface;
Set parameters such as running time and number of rotations;
Set parameters such as temperature, humidity, and ozone concentration;
The sample rack starts to rotate, and the partition system sprays ozone into the test chamber;
When the set number of rotations is reached, it stops automatically;
Open the instrument safety door and take out the sample;
After the test, turn off the instrument, and the instrument test is over. Take out the sample for analysis and comparison to evaluate the material's ozone resistance.
