Preparation about the glow wire tester operating instructions before use

1、make connect to power switch in burn cases

五． the glow wire tester Precautions
1、The users must be stable power supply; Otherwise too much effect on the temperature changes by voltage fluctuation.
2、Thermocouples are wearing parts, it is not a column of qualified 3 aspects for product warranty
3、The glow-wire should not be long-term work at high temperatures, so as not to shorten the service life of the thermocouple which should be promptly after each use to reduce the current, and power off.
4、After each test, clean the combustion chamber in case of power failure, and be careful not to touch crash and burning thermocouple wire
5、When the test is completed, the user can use the fan exhaust gases generated during combustion, but fans do not open during the test, so as not to affect the test results
6、If you need repairs, especially replacement of the glow-wire pay attention to toggle through retighten the screws, otherwise adverse effects from exposure to current loop interfaces and generate heat. After the user replacement parts, should be on all the screws
