Washing Resistance Color Fastness Tester

The Washing Resistance Color Fastness Tester is designed to evaluate the colorfastness of dyed textiles to washing and dry cleaning, as well as their performance in other specified wet treatment tests. It can be used for textile colorfastness testing at temperatures up to 95°C, helping determine color changes and staining after treatment.

The instrument features two independent cylinders with separate control panels and drive systems, allowing two tests to run simultaneously at different temperatures. A stainless steel rotor holds the washing containers and rotates at a constant speed of 40 ± 2 rpm. The containers are preheated in the appropriate test solution before testing.

The tester supports washing containers of different sizes, with separate configurations for ISO and AATCC test methods. Its touch-operated electronic controls, LCD menu, temperature control system, and test-finished alarm make it suitable for textile manufacturers, dyeing and finishing facilities, and quality inspection laboratories.
